Attorney Todd Levine lives and works in the greater Miami area. Earning his law degree in 1991 at the University of Florida’s Fredric G. Levin College of Law, he went to work at the law firm Kluger Peretz Kaplan & Berlin.
It was in these early days of his career that he discovered he had a talent for litigating very complex legal cases. He was assigned a case that he discovered if he reframed the issue at hand and the legal arguments he would make his side easier to understand for both the jury and judge. He ended up getting the case settled in favor of his client and decided he would specialize in complex cases, especially those in the real estate industry.
He is now at another Miami law firm, Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L., for which he is a founding partner. Todd Levine handles cases involving legal disputes on real estate agreements and projects. He has represented investors, buyers, sellers, property managers, contractors, lending institution, and real estate brokers.
As an attorney managing complex legal cases, he has to use both his analytical and creative sides of his brain. This can include singling in on one piece of evidence or figuring out an argument that provides clarity to the jury and judge. His success at this endeavor has meant that many of his clients have referred him to their family, friends, and colleagues.
In his personal life, Todd Levine enjoys playing the guitar and keyboard and following the latest scientific news. He is gratified that he passed his love of music on to both of his sons. He recently bought one of his sons some equipment that he needed for his piano and he says both of his kids are talented musicians.
