New Years 2019 with Ryan Seacrest

Ryan Seacrest is one of the most recognizable faces in America. We were first introduced to Ryan Seacrest’s talents when he landed the role of co-host on the hit TV show American Idol. Ryan quickly took advantage of the opportunity and would go on to create various hit shows such as “Keeping up with the Kardashians”, On Air with Ryan and currently as the co-host of “Live with Kelly and Ryan” which broadcasts from New York City. In addition to his media gigs, Ryan Seacrest has delved into his entrepreneurial side and created two companies in the form of a men’s apparel line “Distinction” and a stake in Dr.Lancer’s skincare line “Polish”. Even with all these occupations to keep him busy, Ryan always makes time to promote the Ryan Secrest foundation which offers young journalist the ability to gain experience in broadcasting through his “Media Centers” located in various medical facilities across the country.

However, one of Ryan Secrest’s most prominent gigs comes in the form of hosting the “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve” every year in Times Square New York. This 2019 New Years celebration was plagued with constant cold rain pouring over Ryan’s slick back hair and face. When asked about it Ryan stated that with weather like this the outcome can be anything. Although the rain was non-stop throughout the night, this type of weather isn’t anything new to the New Years celebration, in fact, the year prior saw temperatures only peaking at about 9 degrees. Although from the outside looking in it seemed that Ryan should be miserable in the rain, he later stated that he much prefer the rain to cold temperatures any day. Ryan was not alone as his co-host Jenny McCarthy was not far away either, wearing her bright pink winter coat the wife of New Kids on the Block member Donnie Wahlberg braved the rains as well during her time speaking with various Time Square party goers anxiously anticipating the drop of the New Years Eve ball.
