Robert Ivy Wins Lifetime Achievement Award

Robert Ivy of the American Institute of Architects has recently won his latest award. Back in June of 2018, Robert was named the latest winner of the Polk Lifetime Achievement Award. This award is given in honor of individuals who demonstrate high levels of achievement in the artistic and performing arts fields. Robert Ivy joins a list of well known individuals who have won this highly prestigious award. Ivy was named the winner of this award which has allowed him to be in good company with top actors, writers and artists. He officially received the award at a ceremony in June. By winning this award, Robert Ivy was the latest Mississippi native to receive this honor. A number of his colleague and professional acquaintances have expressed a high level of satisfaction with Robert winning this award. These colleagues have mentioned that Robert’s recent award proves that he is among the most competent and successful individuals in the entire field of architecture. They have also said that Ivy has been able to prove himself in multiple disciplines as a writer, editor and practicing architect. The colleagues have also said that Robert has been a great ambassador to the field of architecture due to his many contributions.

Ivy has been involved in the field of architecture for over two decades. Robert Ivy is currently the chief executive officer of the American Institute of Architects. At this position, he is in charge of overseeing the administrative functions of the organization as well as providing leadership for the organization’s staff. As well as being the chief executive officer of the American Institute of Architects, Robert has also spent a number of years in the media field. He began his career as a writer and would make a number of articles about the latest developments in the architecture field. After a number of years, Robert would then become an editor where he would oversee projects and make decisions on what to publish. While he was an editor, he won a major award in recognition for his efforts. Robert Ivy completed a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in architecture from Tulane University.
